We discourage long-haul travel for climate reasons however we will provide face-to-face where necessary such as for in-person training sessions and workshops.

Our professional services are based on many years of experience. For emissions calculations we hold accreditations from the GHG Management Institute which is the most commonly used reporting framework. We also hold EU F-Gas accreditation – this is normally required when carrying out physical works on equipment such as leak checks however we undertake these trainings to ensure we understand the latest regulations and the associated best practice. We also continuously undertake trainings on refrigerant topics such as managing and handling flammable refrigerants.

We offer discounted rates to individuals or clients in developing countries. In particular those in Article 5 Group 1 and Art. 5 Group 2 countries under the Kigali Amendment. The driver being the need to help reduce HFC consumption in the very short term 2-4 years to minimise the ‘locked-in’ baseline. We will also consider discretionary pro-bono assistance where we believe impact will be significant.

Yes. While most of our work is with companies and organisations (regional or municipal governments for example) we do also support National level efforts. We encourage countries to include specific emissions from the RAC sector (refrigeration and air-conditioning) as part of their NDCs and we provide specific services and tools to support this. We believe that deep emission cuts are required first and foremost. There are some sectors such as with refrigerants (HFCs and HCFCs) that currently lack the financial incentives for emissions avoidance or destruction and we believe this can be a credible place to use Carbon Credit mechanisms.
